I help California families protect what they’ve built and help business owners start, run and pass on their companies with clear, practical legal documents. I work with every client directly, in English, Romanian or Russian.

I began my legal career in 2012 as a corporate paralegal at Avis Budget Group, then worked as a corporate paralegal at Nexon M Inc. and as a contracts manager at X2X. Along the way I earned an LL.M. in U.S. Legal Studies from Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.
After becoming licensed in California, I served from 2021 to 2025 as Senior Legal Counsel for X2X Media Group, a global media technology company, where I was the sole in-house lawyer. I drafted and negotiated hundreds of commercial agreements and advised on data privacy (including the CCPA and GDPR), intellectual property and technology matters. In January 2021, I also founded the Law Office of Andrei Jingan to serve families and business owners directly.
That path, from supporting legal departments to leading one, taught me how legal documents hold up in day-to-day business and family life, not just on paper: which contract terms actually cause disputes, how companies outgrow their original structure, and how a missing signature or an unfunded trust can cost a family dearly. My goal is documents you understand, that fit how you actually live and work, and that do their job when they’re needed.
Outside the office, I’m a father of three, so I understand firsthand what parents worry about when they plan for guardianship, inheritance and the unexpected.
I speak Romanian and Russian, and I advise many clients from Romanian, Moldovan, Ukrainian and other Russian-speaking communities in California directly in their language. Legal documents are prepared in English, as California requires, and I explain every page in the language you’re most comfortable with.
